What is included in our rental package?
Each rental comes with your bouncy castle, a blower, anchoring stakes or sandbags, tarp for outdoors, and one extension cord for your convenience.

What is your policy regarding inclement weather?
We understand that the weather is unpredictable. As such, we offer a no-fee cancellation policy for weather-related concerns. Should you opt to proceed with your event despite potential weather risks, full payment is required. Please note that no discounts are provided for reduced time spent with castle.

Is your equipment insured?
Absolutely. All castles have liability insurance coverage.

How many people can fit in one castle?
For safety and enjoyment, please refer to the weight limit for each castle to determine how many individuals can comfortable fit inside. Bouncy Castles descriptions are found on each page.

Does your service include delivery, setup, and dismantling of the castles?
Yes, our delivery service extends includes on-site setup and dismantling of the bounce castles. A member of our professional staff will coordinate with you for the setup at the designated time. Please be advised that delivery charges may vary depending on the location.

What are your cleanliness and sanitation procedures for the castles?
Each castle is cleaned and sanitization after every use to ensure a safe environment for all users.

Is a deposit required for renting a castle?
A deposit of $50 is required for reservations, which will be refunded a few days after the rental once an inspection for damage or staining is conducted. Typically, this deposit is returned the following Monday or Tuesday after your event.

What happens if the castle is damaged during the rental period?
Renters are accountable for any significant damage or staining to the castle. In such events, a fee of $1500 will be charged to cover the necessary repairs or cleaning.
