Each rental comes with your bouncy castle, a blower, anchoring stakes or sandbags, tarp for outdoors, and one extension cord for your convenience.
We understand that the weather is unpredictable. As such, we offer a no-fee cancellation policy for weather-related concerns. Should you opt to proceed with your event despite potential weather risks, full payment is required. Please note that no discounts are provided for reduced time spent with castle.
Absolutely. All castles have liability insurance coverage.

Yes, our delivery service extends includes on-site setup and dismantling of the bounce castles. A member of our professional staff will coordinate with you for the setup at the designated time. Please be advised that delivery charges may vary depending on the location.
Each castle is cleaned and sanitization after every use to ensure a safe environment for all users.
A deposit of $50 is required for reservations, which will be refunded a few days after the rental once an inspection for damage or staining is conducted. Typically, this deposit is returned the following Monday or Tuesday after your event.
Renters are accountable for any significant damage or staining to the castle. In such events, a fee of $1500 will be charged to cover the necessary repairs or cleaning.
